      New Government Takes Office

      <p>A new Icelandic government has taken office under the leadership of Katrín Jakobsdóttir. The Minister of Justice is Sigríður Á. Andersen, who also served as Minister in the previous government. Sigurður Ingi Jóhannsson will take over from Jón Gunnarsson as Minister of Transport and Local Government. </p>
